Our Association
The association Swiss Women In Radiation Oncology - SWIRO is dedicated to the promotion, education and networking of women in health care, especially in the field of radiooncology. It was founded in May 2017 by 8 female radiation oncologists. Members of the SWIRO association may become female doctors in continuing education and specialists in radiooncology who recognise the aim and purpose of the association and are willing to support it. Applications for admission are submitted in writing to the Board of Directors under Join in, which decides on the definitive admission.
